28/1/2015- Wednesday

Ooo yeah. I got selected for netball team in KKTM LEDANG and today I'm gonna have a friendly with SAMURA. Stand for Sek. Men. Muar I guess. I really not sure about the school. Definitely, I'm not going to play as I only the reserve player. I just seat and give helping hand if needed. So, here I am with my 'twin' Shark. People keep confusing both of us. I'm trying not to waste my time here, so I post this while waiting for the game start. Here are some words

1. Nudge (verb)
- to touch or push gently (usually to encourage someone to do something)
Sentence: I nudge him as he never give any respond every time I  call him.

2. Rigmarole ( nouns)
- a long complicated and annoying process
Sentence: Ellen gave me some kind of rigmarole way to get to his house.

3. Convoke (verb)
- call together for a meeting, etc
Sentence: Our class president convoke us in the class to discuss about Miss Zu' s birthday.

4. Crouch (verb)
- to lower the body by bending the knees (in fear/to hide)
Sentence: The pick- pocket crouched behind that red car to escape from the police.

5. Escritoire (nouns)
- writing-desk with drawers for paper,envelopes,etc
Sentence: Mak Leha must to make sure every student in KKTM Ledang have a complete stuff for their own room such as bed, locker book rack and escritoire.

Ok done. Such a tired day today. I got a friendly game with SAMURA. Though we were lose. I gain new experience here.

26/1/2015- Monday

Hello. Ladies and gentlemen (ceh jet jet US je). Suppose to be- Assalamualaikum. Today is a ne day, new emotion and new class! Yeay! My classmate got new teachers today. Which are Miss Nurra for MATH and Mdm Zu for ENGLISH. They're awesome, cute, genius, kind ( am I too sarcasm)- I should say no coz that was reality.

For English class today. We've learnt about new vocab. The task is we need to guess the meaning of the words given based on the sentences context. So, here they are:

1. Tepid(adj)
My def-cold
Real meaning- not hot and not cold
Sentence: Make sure the water for the footbath is just tepid or you'll burn yourself.

2. Arachnid (nouns)
My def- spider
Real meaning- a kind of animal that has 8 legs and a body formed of two parts.
Sentence: I jumped on the table when. I saw an arachnid in my bag.

3. Inclement (adj)
My def- bad weather
Real meaning- having rain and storm
Sentence: It was inclement weather outside. My mother do not allow me to play. But I refused.

4. Vegetate ( verb)
My def: to stay passive
Real meaning- to be lazy or inactive
Sentence: I spent my whole day playing badminton rather than vegetate at home.

5. Shyster ( noun)
Definition- a dishonest person
Sentence: I hate shysters as they always give ma a fake hope.

I can conclude that most of my definition almost same as the real meaning. Not to bad. Ghaghagha.

27/1/15- Tuesday

No class for morning session. I woke up late. My room are wasn't in the room. I'm alone. With the chirping of bird. A packet of oat crunch for my breakfast. My normal life here. Words for today are,

1. Lament (verb)
-to express surrow, regret or unhappiness about something
Sentence: I lament for losing my fiancé meanwhile, we will get married next week.

2. Commemorate (verb)
- to be done in order to remind people of an important event or person from the past
Sentence: Let's commemorate our first day in Baling by lying under the sky, looking for the stars.

3. Eulogize (verb)
- to say or write a good things about someone. Usually to praise.
Sentence: Many people eulogized if P. Ramlee as he had contributed a good quality in filming.

4. Pestilence (noun)
- a disease that cause many people to die
Sentence: The spreading of pestilence which is leptospirosis make me fear of mice.

5. Timid (adj)
- feeling or showing lack of confidence
Sentence : Everyone was like stepping to the back when Miss Fadilah asks her students to make a conclusion because everyone were too timid to talk in front of crowd.

The words for today are

1. Grainy (adj)
- not smooth
Sentence: I thought the girl behind me was a guy because she had a grainy voice.

2. Horrendous (adj)
- very bad or unpleasant
Sentence: The government spent a lot of money to help the victims that involved in the horrendous flood.

3. Drool
- to let saliva flow out from the mouth
Sentence: The baby is trying to drool while playing the toy.
-to show admiration /desire for something in exaggerate way.
Sentence:  The fan One Direction was drooling when that band was performing on the stage. 

4. Pique (verb)
- a sudden

5. Amputate (nouns)
- cut off (a disease or an injured limb) by a surgical operation
Sentence: My uncle had his foot amputed when he had diabetes.

English class with Miss Jo!
I learnt about clauses. Then she came out with many examples. Then I wondered for a word.

1. Scoundrel (nouns)
- a person (especially a man) who us cruel or dishonest
Sentence: The scoundrel was jailed for two years after being cought by the police.

Oh yeah. No class for evening session :p

2. Wheeze (verb)
- to make a sound like a person who is breathing with difficulty.
Sentence: Wan is wheezing after running for 1500 meter in the sport day.

3. Mollify (verb)
- to make someone less angry / to calm someone down.
Sentence: An apology would probably mollify your friend.

4. Abate (verb)
- to become weaker
Sentence: we waited for the wind to abate.

5. Perfidious (adj)
-not able to be trusted
Sentence: I can't believe in her anymore since she is a perfidious person.

22/1/15- Thursday

Hola! Owh. Im didn't realize today is Thursday and tomorrow gonna be a holiday! Previously my holiday was on Friday.

Today, there was a  ceremony 'Talk English With Me'. There's a guy read an article. And share some words. So, why don't I post here. Here are the words:

1. Reclaim (verb)
- to get back something that was lost or taken away
Sentence: My mum reclaimed the money after she realized that the seller was dicieting her.

2. Indispensable ( adj)
- extremely important
Sentence: Learning English was really indispensable especially for those who want to further their study abroad.

3. Engross ( verb)
- to hold the complete interest
Sentence: The writers need to put some element of mystery in the story line so that the readers engross to finish the story.

At the evening, I got English class with Miss Jo. I learnt new words from my group members.

4. Endeavor (verb)
- seriously to try something, pu an effort to do something
Sentence: zainal was endeavored to finish the race even though he had a bad injuries at the knee.

5. Cease (verb)
- to stop
Sentence: The doctor need to cease the operation because there's an internal bleeding occurs at the brain.

21/1/15- Wednesday

I don't know why I felt really exhausted today. But I still have to post the words. Keke.

1. Queasy ( adj)
- having a sick feeling in the stomach
Sentence: I felt queasy after having nasi lemak for my dinner.

2. Infatuate (adj)
- to inspire with exteavagant love
Sentence: he was infatuated by her beauty and the way she has the conversation.

3. Disguise (verb)
- to change the usual appearance
Sentence: he wore a spectacles, a fake mustache  and speak with disguise voice to avoid people from  reconizing him when he was spying.

4. Chide (verb)
- to express mild disapproval/ to scold
Sentence: Miss Jo chided us for being late.

5. Vestibule ( nouns)
- an entrance hall inside the building.
Sentence: I am waiting for him about an hour at the vestibule of the hotel.

Assalamualaikum :D
Today I've started for my novel. Haha. Quite funny coz I'm reading such a childish book entitled "fairy tale". ����
The only book that I brought here. I've no choice. It doesn't matter as long I read the novel. From the novel, I got some words

1. Compel (verb)
- to force someone to do something
Sentence: The policeman was compelled the murder to tell the truth.

2. Insinuate (verb)
- to say something bad or insulting in an indirect way
Sentence: My group were insinuating to that group because they won the game by cheating.

3. Appease (verb)
-to make someone pleased
Sentence: a bar of chocolate always make a smile of someone in stress.

4. Commiserate ( verb)
- to express sadness or sympathy for someone who has experienced something unpleasant
Sentence: Hafiz was commiserate to his best friend that just lost his father two days ago.

5. Shriek ( verb)
- to utter a shrill sound
Sentence: her stepmother was shrieking when she noticed that her shoes were not polished yet.

19/1/15- Monday

Ok. This is my second time I write this blog. Just now, I wrote the words for 5 days. Unfortunately, my battery was empty. So it was left unsaved. Urgh!!

So my new words are

1.piquant (adj)
- having a pleasant, spicy taste
Sentence: the piquant cuisine of Indian curry is my favorite because it have some highly spices and taste.

2. Tremble (verb)
- to shake slightly because you are afraid
Sentence:

3. Russet (adj)
-a reddish-brown color
Sentence: Marian was trying to hide her dyed russet hair to avoid from being scolded by her mum.

4. Flinch (verb)
- to move suddenly because you are afraid of being hurt
Sentence: he flinced when I tapped him from the back.

5. Curfew(nouns)
- an order or law that requires people to be indoor after a certain time at night.
Sentence: " Oh no! I'm just going back home 15 minutes past my curfew. My parents must be mad" I shouted.
